Exchanges & Returns
We understand that selecting the matched color from a screen can be challenging, therefore we are glad to accommodate exchanges and returns within 14 days after you receive your order. And there is no restocking fee.
Only products that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with are eligible for returns and exchanges.
A tester piece will be included with every set of Clip-In hair extensions, this piece can be taken out to see if the color is a good fit. Please note that the tester is part of the whole package and must be returned with your order for a refund or exchange in its original condition.
Please note that any opened items are not eligible for exchange or return, considering hygiene and public safety.

Exchanges
Notes: Due to the special nature of the product, we are unable to offer exchanges for single pieces.
We have a simple exchange process.
1. Email us for our warehouse address, then send us the unopened Endaring product you currently have.
2-1:For Free Exchange Countries (Applicable to first time exchanges only):
Let us know what you'd like in exchange, and we'll get you set up with an exchange shipping label and a new order.
*If there are multiple exchanges involved, you are responsible for all incurred expenses.

3. Once we receive and inspect the order you ship back to us, we will arrange the shipment for your exchange.
*If you prefer an exchange for a lower-value item, we will issue a partial refund to your original payment account.
*If you want to exchange your prior order for a higher-value item, our team will get in touch with you to arrange for the payment.
Exchanges need to be made within 7 business days, once this period has expired, we will consider the exchanges & return canceled.
Returns
The return process is as easy as 1 2 3.
1. Please submit your return request and include your order number.
2. Ship the item back to us and email us the tracking number
3. We will issue your refund to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the product. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund if you use the shipping label we create for you. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
Kindly note that the 5% fee surcharge on U.S. orders is related to U.S. government-imposed tariffs and is therefore not refundable.

All returns must be authorized by Endaring Hair before being sent back.

Endaring Hair does not accept any unauthorized returns.

Any packages returned without prior approval will be considered disputed.

The customer will be fully responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized returns.

Any missing items or additional fees due to non-compliance with our return instructions will be deducted from the refund. For example, duties resulting from undeclared or under-declared item value will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds
After the refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. The majority of banking institutions will process the return in an average of 3-5 business days; some could take even longer. Before contacting us, please allow up to 7 working days for the procedure to be completed. We advise contacting your credit card company for additional details.
This surcharge is non-refundable and therefore not included in the total refund amount.
Order Change & Cancellation

If you realize you meant to get a different set, or you don't need the product at this moment, please contact our customer service within 24 hours-48 hours after you place your order, or we will be unable to accommodate any change or cancellation.

If your order has been shipped out, when you want to make any changes or require a cancellation, here are some possible next steps for you to take.

You can reorder the set you want to buy. Once you receive the original order, you can contact us for the return, and we will issue your full refund after we receive the returned parcel. It is pretty quick and simple. Please do not reject the package directly, or it will generate shipping fees and taxes. Contact us for our warehouse address for the return.

Order Cancellation

If you decide you no longer want the order after it's been shipped out. You can hold up for the order to arrive, then email us and let us know that you would like the warehouse address for the return. Once we receive the order, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
