   The hair is washed with gentle cleansers (e.g., coconut oil–based surfactants).
   Multiple rounds of soaking help remove:

• Contaminants such as dust, sweat, and oils
  Ozone sterilization or UV disinfection may also be used for sanitation.

1. Removal of Stray Hair
   While the hair is still damp after cleaning, it is hand-sorted again to:

• Remove short hairs, white hairs, damaged strands, etc.
• Retain healthy strands with consistent thickness and uniform color
  This step is essential for ensuring the final product is smooth and natural-looking.

1. Softening Treatment and Deep Care
   Hair is conditioned with products such as protein treatments, amino acid serums, and nourishing conditioners.
   The softening process includes:

• Soaking for about 20–30 minutes
• Rinsing thoroughly with cold water
• Applying essential oils (e.g., Moroccan oil) to prevent dryness and split ends
  For Virgin Hair, silicone-based coating products are typically avoided to maintain a natural texture.

1. Natural or Low-Temperature Drying
   The cleaned hair is laid out on a clean, ventilated mesh rack and air-dried for 8–12 hours.
   Alternatively, low-temperature blow drying (<50°C) is used to avoid damaging the hair structure.
2. Dyeing or Non-Dyeing
   Virgin Hair is usually kept in its original color (e.g., natural black or deep brown).
   If dyeing is needed:

• Plant-based or low-ammonia dyes are used to minimize damage
• Hair is dyed in small batches for color consistency
• A second conditioning treatment is done after coloring to restore smoothness

1. Final Hair Bundle Sorting
   The treated hair is sorted based on:

• Uniform length: e.g., all strands in an 18” bundle are the same length
• Consistent color: categorized into cool tones, warm tones, natural shades, bleached colors, etc.
• Even thickness: ensuring full ends, no thin tapering
  The sorted hair is trimmed and bundled, usually in 50g or 100g per pack, ready for the next step in the production process.
