U.S. Orders Tariff FAQs

A tariff is a government-imposed tax on imported goods. It increases the cost of bringing products into the country. These costs are paid by the importing business — not the country of origin — and directly impact our industry.

As of March 2, the US introduced a 20% tariff on human hair extensions, and as of April 9, 2025, the tariff increased significantly (up to 145%). This 10% tariff surcharge reflects the current impact on our business and industry; however, it will not fully offset the tariffs we are facing. We have been absorbing most of these increased costs to protect our customers and ensure minimal disruption. This surcharge allows us to continue to deliver and maintain the highest product quality you expect and deserve.

We will need to implement a 10% tariff surcharge on all our products for all U.S. orders starting May 8, 2025. The fee is based on the item Retail MSRP price. This surcharge reflects the current impact on our business and industry.

In response to the rising tariff rates, we are taking proactive steps to mitigate the impact while continuing to prioritize our customers and product integrity. By streamlining operations and improving efficiency throughout our supply chain, we are able to absorb a significant portion of the increased costs internally. However, to maintain the sustainability of our business, a 10% tariff surcharge will be applied. This measure ensures we can continue offering the premium products our customers expect, without compromising on quality.

Despite external challenges, our standards remain uncompromised. We continue to source only ethically collected 100% Virgin Remy and Remy human hair, with rigorous quality control protocols in place at every stage of production — from sourcing and sanitization to craftsmanship and packaging. Our dedication to transparency, ethical practices, and exceptional quality is unchanged, and we remain fully committed to delivering the best possible experience to our community.

We understand that the tariff environment is ever evolving. We are closely monitoring updates and will continue to evaluate and adapt our approach as new information is available.
