To request a refund or exchange, customers must inform us within 7 days of receipt by post, by email (service@endaringhair.com). If you have informed us within 7 days of receipt by post or email, the returned goods need to be received by Endaring Professional Hair no later than 15 days of the communication. We are not liable for any responsibility for products that are returned to us.

Exchange:

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order, providing the product is in its original condition and unopened.
Items can be exchanged for a different size, color or product. It is the sender’s responsibility to cover the postage cost for returning & shipping an item. If the return is due to an error by Endaring or the item is faulty, a refund of the postage cost to return the item will be issued.
We have two exchange policies:
First, you can purchase the color you want to replace and return the previous hair to us. After we confirmed that there is no problem with the return package, and we will refund you the full amount of the previous order. A refund will be issued with the original delivery cost deducted.
We highly recommend you use this method because it saves money and time.
Second, you can return your hair to us first. After we receive your return, we will re-send it to you(The customer is responsible for any transportation costs incurred).

Notes:

1. For all exchanges due to no fault of ours, the customer is responsible for any transportation or other costs incurred.

2. When exchanging an item, the difference in price incurred will have to be borne by the customer.

3. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked or that insures you for the value of the goods.
If you use a shipping label provided by us, the cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.

Return:

1. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 7 days after receiving it.
2. Refunds are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order, providing the product is in its original condition and unopened. But 5% restocking fees will be charged(For all returns due to no fault of ours).
3. We do not accept any return after 7 days from the receipt date.
4. When returning an item, please make sure the hair is in its original condition, and within 7 days of receipt, a refund will be issued with 5% restocking fees and the original delivery cost deducted.
5. Faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
6. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked or that insures you for the value of the goods.
If you use a shipping label provided by us, the cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.
7. Due to hygiene reasons hair extensions must be unworn. If the hair extensions have been worn then a refund will not be issued. Products must not have been opened and still be in their original condition. All packaging must be returned with any return or exchange.
8. We may refuse a refund or exchange if the product has been used or damaged.

PS: Please be sure to contact us if your have a return needed. We have return warehouses in different countries. We will offer the best way for your return. And we don't accept return without any communication.

Notes:

1. Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to a 7-day refund.

2. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
