Invisible Tape In Weft FAQ
Tools Needed:
Cleansing or clarifying shampoo – to remove any residue or buildup.
Rat tail comb – for sectioning hair precisely.
Clips – to hold sections of hair in place.
Scissors – for trimming if needed.
Pliers – for pressing and sealing the tape.
Single-sided or double-sided tape – depending on the desired application method.
Hair Preparation Instructions:
Hair must be washed and dried using only a cleansing or clarifying shampoo.
Do not use any conditioners, oils, or serums, as they can prevent the tape from adhering properly.
The hair should be completely clean, dry, and free of residue to ensure a secure and long-lasting hold.
For reference, please check the preparation.
Section Neatly:
Create a clean, horizontal or diagonal straight part (especially for sides or crown). Avoid using curved sections to ensure a flat and secure application.
Proper Placement:
Place the extension about 8mm away from the scalp, making sure it lies flat against the head. Press firmly for strong adhesion.
Check for Loose Strands:
Lift the extension and gently pull out any natural hair strands that aren’t sticking to the tape to avoid discomfort or improper hold.
Secure the Bond:
Use single-hold tape (recommended) or sandwich two matching tape wefts together, then press them firmly to ensure they bond tightly.
For reference, please check the application guide.
Hands Off:
Avoid touching or playing with your new extensions to let the adhesive set properly.
Stay Dry:
Keep your hair completely dry—no washing, sweating, or swimming—to prevent weakening the tape bond.
Avoid Heat:
Do not use any heat-styling tools such as blow dryers, straighteners, or curling irons during the first 48 hours.
Sleep Smart:
Sleep on a silk pillowcase and loosely braid your hair before bed to reduce tangling and friction.
For reference, please check precaution.
Washing Instructions (Steps 1-5):
Use warm water and a sulfate- and oil-free shampoo to gently cleanse the hair.
Wash horizontally, keeping your head upright to avoid loosening the tape.
Rinse thoroughly, letting water flow from roots to ends without scrubbing or circular motions.
Apply conditioner only to the mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the tape area.
Rinse out conditioner completely—extra rinsing is encouraged (twice as long as usual).
Drying Tips:
Keep your head upright—do not flip hair upside down or wrap it in a turban.
Air dry to 50%, then blow-dry on a low or cool setting.
Blow-dry upright, especially near the root, within 30 minutes to avoid moisture buildup.
Avoid leaving hair wet for too long to prevent damage.
Start drying with your fingers; only use a brush when hair is 80% dry.
Be gentle when wet—avoid aggressive brushing.
Never apply products directly on the tape area to maintain adhesive strength.
For reference, please check the washing guideline.

Just like your natural hair, extensions will shed. Shedding is a common occurrence with hair extensions and because they are made of human hair, you can expect some shedding throughout their lifespan. As you brush and style your Endaring Hair, some fall-out may occur so don’t be surprised or worried when this happens. This, however, does not mean to reduce the amount you brush your extensions as you can minimize shedding in other ways. Keep in mind, extensions are more likely to shed when they are dry and brittle.
For a better experience, it's recommended to choose 100% virgin Remy human hair, which features strong and healthy strands with full cuticles aligned in the original direction, ensuring a longer lifespan while effectively taking heat and holding curls.
Matting and tangling is a normal occurrence with not just your natural hair but with all types of hair extensions. This can happen due to a lack of constant brushing, weather, or dryness. A common reason why extensions tangle and get matted throughout the day is because of a combination of sweat, heat, and friction. Also, keep in mind that when human hair is constantly moving around it’s going to matt or ‘clump’ together in pieces.
If you aren’t brushing your hair consistently, you’re giving the hair the opportunity to matt and tangle. During the day, we generate heat at the nape of our neck and scalp, and often times we sweat back there too. Your sweat is salty, acidic and can dry out your hair extensions. When you add additional hair volume to this combination and constantly move your head throughout the day, tangling and matting will occur. Weather can also contribute to tangling, whether it be due to the wind, humidity or heat. Humidity will add a lot of moisture to the environment which will cause your hair to frizz up and tangle. Heat will do just the opposite as it will dry it out.
